'Olympic Quality That Mate'

In September 2019 we revisited a favourite of ours - Llyn Gwynant Campsite in Caernarfon, North Wales. Upon arrival we pitched our tent next to the small stream to the North Side of the campsite and headed straight for the kayaks!

The campsite has Kayaks available to hire and prices are very reasonable!

We paddled South and headed for the deeper water of Llyn Gwynant. After completing a lap we made our way over to Elephant Rock before heading back up the stream to get some photos!

We then had some food and got some sleep to prepare for Snowdon the following day.

All in all a boss few days. Would highly recommend Llyn Gwynant Campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful place to pitch, with activities and amazing mountain views.
